QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • hi there, not able to order of case of Columbia ( or Milk Frost )...only accepting individual packets ( ??? )...can you help me to fix this?

A case of Columbia is 5 Rails

A Case of Milk Froth is 4 rails

We are carrying the same amount but are looking for a better way to log our inventory so the cases vs rails will be in sync.

Thank you for your review. We often combine orders into single boxes to simplify shipping to avoid multiple boxes whenever possible, especially if it's an 'odd numbered' amount. However if you would like items boxes separately we are more than happy to accomodate a customers request. Please let us know at time of order and we will take care of you.
